Opting in and providing the requested information is voluntary. You are voluntarily providing your information to further your interest in solar energy and third-party retail energy supply services.
- Purpose of Collection:
We collect your information to effectively communicate with you about your interest in energy services, provide information, and confirm appointments that you schedule with us.
- Person’s Collecting AND using your Information:
The information collected in Section 1 above will be used by VIA Energy Solutions.
These entities are duly registered and possess all relevant and required business licenses and/or registrations. These entities are sellers of solar and retail electricity supply to end use customers. They do not take title to the electricity and is not responsible for the delivery portion on your electricity invoices. Upon making an appointment to discuss your energy needs, you may be presented with the option to enroll with a third-party solar provider or retail energy provider. You will provide separate consent to enter into any contract with any third-party entities.
- Communication Channels:
We may contact you via email, phone calls, or SMS messages to discuss your interest in energy services, schedule appointments, provide relevant information, and answer any questions you may have.
- Appointment Confirmations:
If you schedule an appointment with us, we will contact you to confirm the details and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Lead Nurturing:
For leads that do not schedule appointments but express interest, we may periodically reach out to provide additional information, answer questions, and offer assistance in your decision-making process.
